 The A Week of Hard Labor worksheets are designed for the A Week of Hard Labor workout series on BODi (Formerly Beachbody on Demand).  It features 5 grueling workouts from Sagi Kalev, the creator of Body Beast!  This is the most challenging weightlifting series from Beachbody to date.  You have a few options on how to use the A Week of Hard Labor worksheets and the workout series for that matter.

As a Stand-Alone Routine

One way to use the A Week of Hard Labor program and worksheets is as a stand-alone, 5-day series.  This might be a good option to use in between complete programs such as Body Beast, Dig Deeper, LIIFT4, and P90X.  You can also hit use it anytime your routine has become stale and needs a boost.  The A Week of Hard Labor worksheets contain columns for several program rounds so you can revisit your previous weights and reps to set goals and track your progress.

Integrate With Body Beast

The most common use for A Week of Hard Labor is to incorporate the workouts into the Body Beast program schedule to help keep things fresh.  If you are going this route, be sure you are subbing the A Week of Hard Labor workouts for Body Beast workouts that train the same muscle groups, otherwise, you will be training certain muscle groups too often which will impede your progress.
