As I mentioned in my earlier post “Alicia Finds Success with ChaLean Extreme and Shakeology”, reconnecting with friends and seeing them change their lives is probably the most rewarding part of being a Team Beachbody Coach. It seems as though every week, an old friend or acqaintance reaches out to me to let me know they are ready to start a new health and fitness journey. There is no better feeling than helping a friend succeed. In addition, it helps hold me stay accountable to my own health and fitness as I must lead my example.
